If I was a doctor I would always try to build up hope, and then give them the crushing bad news. I guess that’s why they keep refusing to give me my doctor’s licence. Perhaps I could take a more light hearted approach – the good news is, you’re not pregnant, the bad news is, you’ve got bowel cancer.
