Muffin?
Friday - November 23rd, 2007
I love muffins. I really love muffins. And I get jealous every time I see someone else meeting muffins. I am even tempted to try some form of ninja move to get hold of muffins. Except blueberry muffins. I bloody hate blueberry muffins.

I too like muffins, but only the sweet variety, including blue berry. Bran muffins? No thanks.
Just thought I’d post a comment to keep you going, three days after a comic comes out and no comments?

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a bran muffin here in the UK, but they sound disgusting so I guess that’s a good thing!
Thanks for the motivational comment! It’s nice when someone takes the time to comment =)

Chya! Blueberry is one of the best muffins around!
Although, I guess it depends on who makes them… Airline blueberry muffins are absolutely horrid…

Bran muffins are for the health nuts over here in the U.S. Yet we’re the fattest country on earth, probably because those bran muffins are tasteless and dry, not like a hamburger dripping with cheese and mayo.

I think all airplace food fullstop is bad, unless of course you first class. Then it’s top notch, or so I hear.
I would have to agree with Dave, chocolate chip muffins are clearly the best. Especially if you warm them up for a few seconds in the microwave, making the chocolate chips melt a bit. Then add ice cream, or whipped cream or both… Now I can’t stop thinking about muffins, and all the shops are closed!

I never really cared for muffins before I started university. One mondays and wednesdays I get off school at the same time as my sister gets off highschool, so I pick her up. And then we go for Tim Hortons (it’s a Canadian Donut shop… owned by Wendy’s. Apparently, Canada is turning into one giant extension of the US). We used to get Banana nut muffins, but they didn’t have any one day so we switched to Chocolate chip, and we haven’t looked back since :P

See this is why I’m going to be a baker. Everyone like muffins and cookies and shit. When asked as a kid, “What are you going to be when you grow up?” I’m going to get bake cookies. I’d much rather smell like fresh brownies rather then fries or a stale cubical anyday.

Muffins are awesome.
By the way, slightly off-topic here, but I think I have solved the overweight-American problem: Start making McD’s and all those other places serve… airline food (coach, not First Class)! Noone will touch the stuff if they can help it! Problem solved.

Blueberry muffins from costco are the BEST. That and the poppy seed ones.

Agreed, TJ. Just make sure they don’t sell the food that Air New Zealand sells, that’s actually good. Sell Qantas food. :P
