Epiphenomenalism

Why is it that whenever someone asks you what you are thinking it never sounds quite as good as it does in your head? This happens to me all the time, sometimes I will smile to myself and someone will notice and ask me what I’m thinking about, I’ll tell them and they won’t find it funny at all, they’ll just look at me as if I’m insane. And I’m left there alone, laughing at handicapped children.

Alas, I have fallen into this situation many a time. Another great one. :)

once I was writing a great song out in my head that had a good guitar solo in it and I just wanted to get home so I could write it down and my friend came up to me and asked me what I was thinking about and I told him 3rd string 2nd fret to Gmajor chord. He thought I was crazy and i forgot the whole song. Is that what you mean?
